CHANGE TO APPOINTMENTS
In response to the COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) pandemic, we are OPEN but have changed our appointment booking systems with immediate effect. This is to ensure we reduce the risk of transmission and maintain a safe environment for all patients and staff associated with the practices.
If you think you have Coronavirus, NHS 111 has an online service that can guide you. To start, click here (https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19)
Call 111 if you need to speak to someone. Please DO NOT go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
For any matter unrelated to Coronavirus, please start by completing an eCONSULT. If it is not available, please get in touch by TELEPHONE.
If you call us, we will be asking you some questions prior to making appointments to ensure patients are directed to the appropriate healthcare professional or service. If you need to be seen in the surgery, an appointment will be arranged. This may not be at your usual practice, but the clinician who sees you will have full access to your patient record.
Finally, it is important that we have the most up to date contact details for you, including mobile telephone numbers where available, for clinical staff and reception teams to be able to contact you urgently if needed.
Thank you for your understanding during this challenging time.
