Repeat Prescriptions
With each prescription you will receive a tear-off slip which lists all the items you have been prescribed for regular use.
Repeat Prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways:
- Order online
- In person
Bring your request slip to the surgery indicating clearly the items you require. - By post
Requests can be sent by post, together with a stamped addressed envelope, allowing at least 1 week for your prescription to be returned to you.
You can also set up an agreement with a local chemist for a prescription collection service.
Your prescription will be available for collection 3 working days after you have left it.
We are not able to accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.
